The Stripper System is an essential component of a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system , designed to remove volatile contaminants from process streams in industrial applications. By effectively stripping away unwanted solvents, chemicals, or other volatile substances, the Stripper System ensures the efficient recovery of water while minimizing environmental impact. The ultimate goal of a ZLD system is to achieve complete water recovery and prevent any liquid discharge, making it a sustainable and environmentally responsible solution for industries with high water usage.

Our specially designed stripper column introduces the feed stream, and steam or hot gas is used to increase the vapor pressure of volatile components. These substances are then vaporized and carried upward through the column, where they are separated from the liquid phase. The vaporized contaminants are condensed in a separate unit and can be recovered for reuse or proper disposal. The remaining water, now largely free of volatile chemicals, exits the stripper as clean effluent.
