Our specially designed stripper column introduces the feed stream, and steam or hot gas is used to increase the vapor pressure of volatile components. These substances are then vaporized and carried upward through the column, where they are separated from the liquid phase. The vaporized contaminants are condensed in a separate unit and can be recovered for reuse or proper disposal. The remaining water, now largely free of volatile chemicals, exits the stripper as clean effluent.
